Requirements
- 3+ years of collision repair management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of estimating, production flow, and insurance relations
- Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused
- Valid drivers license

- Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts & support teams
- Own P&L, staffing, labor, and cost controls
- Drive KPIs, productivity, and cycle time
- Hire, coach, and retain top talent
