About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for both strategic planning and oversight of the day-to-day operations. The General Manager will act as liaison with our museum partner, and ensure each guest has an exceptional Bean Sprouts experience.

Requirements

3-5 years of progressive food service experience including at least one year of full-time general management experience (supervising the whole business unit, including Profit & Loss responsibility)
Strong leadership skills and experience with training and development
Excellent customer service skills; demonstrated sales building, training, and basic computer skills
Culinary training or hands-on experience in the kitchen
Manager's Food Handler's Certification (if you don't have one, we will help you get one!)
Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time with or without accommodation
Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required to meet position eligibility.
