General Manager, Fast Casual Food Service

About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for both strategic planning and oversight of the day-to-day operations. The General Manager will act as liaison with our museum partner, and ensure each guest has an exceptional Bean Sprouts experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive food service experience including at least one year of full-time general management experience (supervising the whole business unit, including Profit & Loss responsibility)
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with training and development
  • Excellent customer service skills; demonstrated sales building, training, and basic computer skills
  • Culinary training or hands-on experience in the kitchen
  • Manager's Food Handler's Certification (if you don't have one, we will help you get one!)
  • Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time with or without accommodation
