Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability
- Coach and develop management team members, recognizing performance and guiding growth
- Optimize front and back of house performance through effective staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture that reflects company values
- Communicate effectively with leadership, staff, and guests
- Representing the brand in the community and build meaningful relationships
- Oversee cost management, controllable expenses, and operational compliance
- Implement marketing initiatives, both local and national, to drive sales
- Act as a business owner, taking accountability and demonstrating stewardship
