About The Position

SDS Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is seeking Restaurant General Managers. This role involves leading the restaurant, building an amazing team, and creating a positive environment where every shift is a win for both the team and guests. The General Manager will set the tone, drive the pace, and bring good vibes, focusing on team growth, smooth operations during busy times, and celebrating small victories. Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • A sharp business mind and the ability to coach others to hit goals and raise the bar
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
  • A team-first mindset—you’re all about lifting others up and winning together
  • Passion for creating the best guest experiences and developing a high-performing team
