About The Position

At Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while creating a positive and empowering workplace for our team members. As a General Manager, you will lead all aspects of hotel operations and drive performance, culture, and service excellence. The GM is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of the hotel. The role ensures outstanding guest satisfaction, financial performance, brand compliance, and team engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hotel leadership experience (AGM or GM preferred)
  • Experience with Hilton brand preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and guest satisfaction scores
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, and Maintenance
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expense control to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives for improvement
