About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa –APEX (1431 Kelly Rd, Apex, NC 27502) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business. This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience
  • Proven success driving sales and team performance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A balance of people leadership and business acumen
  • Strong experience working with KPIs is required
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
