Job Purpose The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of the club. This role oversees all aspects of the business, including member and guest experience, staff leadership, revenue generation, financial management, compliance, and community relations. The General Manager partners closely with department leaders, company leadership, the Regional Director, and ownership to execute the club’s business plan, achieve financial objectives, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and accountability.
