About The Position

The Restaurant General Manager is the key Coach and Leader of the Team. He or she is responsible not just for the overall operations of the designated location, but also the training, coaching, and development of the rest of the management team and teammates.Key responsibilities include:Hiring and development of a rock star Wendys teamFacilitating proper standards and proceduresRole modeling and maintaining the highest level of guest service at all timesInventory counting and recordingCreating Teammate and ManagementOpening and closing the restaurant as a part of the management schedule, and additional administrative duties weekly, monthly, and quarterlyDevelop and coach the team to maintain the positive dining experience of customersMonitor and reinforce food safety proceduresMaximize store sales and achieve profit goalsMaintain QSC standards and ensure that the Wendys brand and assets are well protectedWhat you can expect Our mission.Create positive lifelong emotional connections with our teammates and our guests. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of General Manager experience is Required
  • QSR or Fast-casual experience, Required
  • Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • An impressive work-ethic
  • Desire to learn industry/gain experience
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; Must be able to multi-task
  • Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to our team, while demonstrating a "Can Do" attitude

Responsibilities
