Located in the Downtown Disney District, The Carnaby blends the sophistication of fine dining with the vibrancy of London's famed Carnaby Street - where refined service, culinary excellence, and electric atmosphere come together. Guests will enjoy Chef Ramsay's iconic dishes - from his legendary beef Wellington to signature fish and chips - in a stylish space designed to captivate families, tourists, and locals alike. As General Manager, you'll lead one of the most anticipated new openings at the Disneyland Resort, ensuring a flawless dining experience that meets the expectations of both fine dining guests and families visiting on holiday. You'll:

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fine dining or upscale, high-volume restaurant
  • Proven success in P&L management, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Exceptional leadership skills and a strong focus on guest experience and team development
  • Keen attention to detail, with a passion for maintaining a polished, world-class environment
  • Ability to engage and delight guests from all walks of life - including families, tourists, and repeat diners
  • Strong vendor management and partnership-building skills
  • Warm, polished, and professional presence consistent with both Disney and Gordon Ramsay brand expectations

  • Experience in pre-opening and high-profile restaurant launches a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front and back-of-house operations, delivering exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Champion a culture of hospitality that welcomes first-time visitors while cultivating repeat guests through consistency, warmth, and excellence
  • Partner closely with the culinary team to maintain world-class food and beverage standards
  • Manage all aspects of P&L performance, including proactive food, beverage, and labor cost control
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen with sound judgment in expense management and revenue growth strategies
  • Oversee all vendor relationships and purchasing decisions to ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with Disney leadership, ensuring operational alignment with Disney's guest service and brand standards
  • Lead, train, and inspire a professional team committed to fine dining service, precision, and genuine hospitality
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations
