About the Role Our auction runs weekly and serves a strong base of dealer partners and financial institutions, with deep community ties and a tenured team. You will be responsible for the full operation, including sales performance, commercial account development, employee leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience grounded in our mission—“Excellence in Every Interaction.”

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the auto auction industry (GM or Assistant GM level preferred)
  • Proven success in a dealer-focused auction environment with multi-lane operations
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and commercial/fleet remarketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and deliver measurable results
  • Strong understanding of financial statements/P&L

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Build and execute a strategic plan to increase dealer participation, consignment volume, and lane performance
  • Business Development: Actively pursue new dealer relationships, OEM partnerships, and commercial/fleet remarketing opportunities
  • Lead the Team: Inspire, coach, and develop a tenured team—balancing respect for legacy with accountability for results
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth, efficient auction operations across all lanes while continuously improving processes
  • Customer Experience: Champion a culture where every interaction—internal and external—reflects professionalism, urgency, and care
  • Market Leadership: Establish the auction as a go-to marketplace in the region through visibility, relationships, and reputation
