They are seeking a General Manager for their Vista, CA location, a proven leader with the drive, discipline, and vision to oversee all aspects of dealership operations. Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of management experience in powersports or automotive retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM platforms, financial reporting tools)

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, Parts, Service, and Administrative departments
• Create and execute annual sales & profitability forecasts
• Recruit, hire, and develop managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and manufacturer standards
• Maintain strong vendor and financial institution relationships
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Implement effective advertising, promotions, and merchandising strategies
• Deliver consistent financial reporting to ownership
