KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in leadership, sales, operations, or customer service
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Ability to motivate staff and connect with families
  • Weekend availability required (our busiest and most impactful days)
  • CPR Certification (can be obtained after hires)
  • First Aid Certification (can be obtained after hires)
  • Ability to stay active and energetic throughout the day
  • Comfortable demonstrating movements and coaching children
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with kids, fitness, education, athletics, or youth programs is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Oversee sales, operations, and the member experience
  • Partner with the Assistant GM to ensure smooth daily execution
  • Drive center growth through community engagement and strong scheduling
  • Coach 3–5 classes per week and lead from the front
  • Recruit, hire, and develop new coaches
  • Maintain a clean, organized facility with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset
  • Creates a fun, energetic environment where kids and families love coming back
