About The Position

Major Food Group is hiring an experience General Manager to join our team! Ideal candidate must have experience in high volume, fine dining restaurants. You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Boston, Hong Kong and Miami. You'll be working directly with our owners and senior leadership to launch a new concept. This is an opportunity to showcase your talents and help build a brand! The restaurant general manager will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including hiring/staffing, training, financial/P&L

Requirements

5+ years of progressive hospitality experience required
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Outstanding Service Skills
Know how to be serious and passionate about your work while having fun.
Incredible Work Ethic
Self Motivated
Experience managing large scale restaurants a plus
Knowledge of the Boston restaurant industry a plus
