Key responsibilities include: Building Your Team: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service. Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, enforce food safety standards, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. Creating Schedules: Build schedules to meet business needs and ensure proper coverage. Managing Finances: Handle inventory, cash management, and administrative duties with precision. Fostering Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a fast, pleasant, and clean environment that keeps customers coming back.
