Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or quick service management experience
• A proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Crew Members
• Drive results in guest satisfaction, service speed, food quality, and cost control
• Build strong guest connections and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Ensure training, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
• Communicate clearly, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins
