Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant or quick service management experience
- A proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a team-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Crew Members
- Drive results in guest satisfaction, service speed, food quality, and cost control
- Build strong guest connections and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Ensure training, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Communicate clearly, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins
