Understand hotel financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance. Have experience leading hotel openings, transitions, or major renovations. Bring professionalism, integrity, and a genuine love for hospitality to everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of DoubleTree by Hilton Midland.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences that align with Hilton brand standards and Coury Hospitality values.
• Oversee all operational departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Sales.
• Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with ownership and Coury Hospitality leadership to achieve strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships with the local Midland community and business partners.
