Requirements

Available during all operating hours: Sunday-Thursday - 9:00 AM - 1:00AM, Friday and Saturday - 9:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Florida drivers' license
Reliable insured vehicle
Experience leading a team (managing a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people)
Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get staff in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work
A great role model
At least 18 years old
