Must be available to work consistently, act with professionalism at all times & have a positive attitude. General Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to creating an exceptional service experience and prioritizing hospitality for our guests, overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, creating operating budgets & ensuring profitable financial performance, hiring and training managers and staff following company policies & procedures, upholding standards for food preparation and service, speaking with guests to address concerns or solve problems, creating work schedules, controlling operational costs, taking inventories, ordering supplies, facility management, and appraising staff performance.
