About The Position

We are seeking dynamic, hospitality-driven General Managers to lead multiple restaurant locations across the Baltimore and Annapolis areas. This is an opportunity for leaders who are passionate about people, operational excellence, and delivering elevated guest experiences. As a General Manager, you are the heartbeat of the restaurant, driving performance, developing leaders, and creating an environment where both team members and guests feel a true sense of belonging.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining environment
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and costs
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to balance operational excellence with a people-first mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop management teams and staff across front and back of house
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and hospitality excellence
  • Create an environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and inspired
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Maintain a strong presence in both the dining room and kitchen
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are executed to standard
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing training initiatives
  • Manage budgets, labor, payroll, and overall financial performance
  • Forecast sales and build schedules that align with business needs
  • Oversee inventory, ordering (including wine and liquor), and cost controls
  • Ensure accurate handling of daily receipts, deposits, and financial reporting
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional, memorable guest experiences
  • Address guest feedback with professionalism, urgency, and care
  • Drive initiatives that build loyalty and attract new business
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within company systems (e.g., Restaurant 365)
  • Partner with leadership on continuous improvement opportunities
