This is a unique opportunity to join Bon Appétit Management Company in support of a prospective new account, offering the ability to play a key role in building and shaping the operation from the ground up. This role leads daily operations, drives business growth opportunities, manages the team, and builds strong client and campus relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of foodservice management experience
  • Experience in high-volume dining and catering operations
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financials
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and growth

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience managing multiple concepts or locations within one role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day dining operations for the account
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Oversee hiring, coaching, performance management, and terminations
  • Direct scheduling, payroll, and team training initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, students, and campus partners while fostering an engaging campus environment
  • Partner with the Chef and leadership team on menu development and food quality
  • Implement new culinary and marketing programs
