Job SummaryResponsible for ensuring product availability, quality and cost effectiveness while delivering "The Levy Difference". Maintaining strong partnerships with all vendors, meet operations product needs on a timely basis and evaluate and recommend new products to enhance standards and increase profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training and developing of team members
  • Suite and Club business planning, menu development and submission
  • Suite and Club Theoreticals
  • POS builds for Clubs
  • Catering operations -Schottenstein Center
  • Attend BEO Meetings
  • Maintains “show quality” of all areas at all times
  • Understands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
  • Maintain clean facilities
  • Manage inventory and spoilage in all overseen venues.
  • Evaluate and communicate ordering needs with other premium managers to properly rotate product and manage spend.
  • Establish rapport with guests, team members, and partners
  • Ensure guest expectations have been met and exceeded at all times for every event
  • Weekly Schedule and labor management.
  • Direct daily department operations, guest conflict resolution, sales technology support and generation of corporate and unit level reports.
  • Lead, monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to providing supervision, conducting coaching and performance evaluations, providing professional development and delivering recognition and reward
  • Communicate information to group sales coordinators, culinary and supervisors at weekly meetings
  • Builds relationships and communicates regularly with building partners
  • Work as a team with all unit leaders.
