Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a motivated workforce. Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- The ability to coach sales team to meet and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive sales growth through executing marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting to maximize sales performance.

- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
