General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation, including:

Requirements

• 2 Year QSR experience preferred
• Serve Safe Certified/NY Food Handlers Card
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
• Excellent Menu and product knowledge
• Passion for food quality and customer experience
• Desire to improve self and skill sets
• Ability to build positive store culture and family-like environment
• Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
