Requirements

  • Proven General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience, ideally within lifestyle or branded hotels
  • Strong financial and operational expertise with a track record of driving results
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Passion for guest experience, service excellence, and team development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Financial Leadership Drive overall hotel performance through strong financial acumen and operational strategy
  • Analyze key metrics (occupancy, ADR, revenue, GOP) and implement actions to maximize profitability
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan, budget, and forecasts
  • People Leadership & Culture Build, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development planning for department leaders
  • Partner closely with Human Resources to support associate relations and talent initiatives
  • Operations & Guest Experience Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and product quality
  • Maintain high standards across all areas of the hotel through daily property presence
  • Champion a guest-first mindset that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and reputation
  • Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement Act as the face of the hotel—building strong relationships with clients, partners, and the local community
  • Support sales efforts and identify opportunities to grow market share
  • Maintain a strong and positive public image for both the hotel and Crescent
  • Communication & Execution Provide clear, consistent communication to teams, ownership, and corporate partners
  • Lead with transparency and alignment across all departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures
