About The Position

Our well-servicing division operates three workover rigs in the Bakken and is seeking an Integrator / General Manager to run day‑to‑day operations, drive profitable growth, and turn the leadership team’s vision into disciplined execution. This role is accountable for P&L, operational performance, and building strong relationships with O&G customers and key oilfield partners in North Dakota.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of oilfield operations, with significant experience in well servicing.
  • Proven track record in a GM or EOS Integrator role with direct P&L responsibility in the oil & gas industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, align teams, resolve cross‑functional issues, and “own the numbers”.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with history of growing revenue and maintaining long‑term accounts in the oil and gas industry.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and job‑level margin analysis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools; comfortable working with data dashboards and reports.
  • Reside within 60 miles of New Town or Watford City, ND.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish preferred) to effectively lead a diverse workforce and support customer communication.
  • Hands‑on experience leveraging Power BI and QuickBooks Time (TSheets) or similar time‑tracking/ERP tools for operational and financial reporting.
  • Prior experience operating within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework as an Integrator or similar execution‑focused leadership role.
  • Knowledge of North Dakota oilfield regulatory environment and local Bakken operating practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L for the workover division, including revenue growth, pricing discipline, cost management, and capital planning.
  • Execute the company’s strategic plan for the Bakken, translating high‑level vision into clear priorities, goals, and operating rhythms for the team.
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations for 3+ workover rigs, ensuring safe, efficient rig‑up, rig‑down, moves, and workover operations in line with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Drive accountability across operations, HSE, maintenance, and admin by setting measurable KPIs, running structured leadership meetings, and following through on commitments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, field supervisors, and other oilfield service providers to win work, expand scope, and protect margins.
  • Partner closely with HSE to support a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and customer requirements.
  • Oversee workforce planning, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and development of rig managers, supervisors, and crews.
  • Use Power BI and QuickBooks Time (TSheets) data to monitor utilization, labor, non‑productive time, and job profitability, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Ensure accurate job costing, invoicing, and payroll approvals through effective use of QuickBooks Time (TSheets) and integration with accounting.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, equipment utilization, and customer service.
