Responsibilities

  • Own overall business and operational performance, including financial results, cost control, and delivery commitments
  • Translate product roadmaps and demand signals into executable operating plans, capacity strategies, and investment priorities
  • Balance agility required for NPI with the discipline needed for sustainable, repeatable manufacturing performance
  • Lead the manufacturing maturation of complex mechatronics products from early builds through high volume production readiness
  • Drive design‑for‑manufa cturing, test, and assembly in close partnership with engineering teams
  • Establish clear readiness criteria and execute structured transitions to external manufacturing partners, ensuring process stability, documentation completeness, and quality performance
  • Accelerate speed to scalable manufacturing while protecting critical IP and know‑how
  • Oversee end‑to‑end factory operations, including assembly, integration, test, and enabling manufacturing capabilities
  • Align supply chain, procurement, and inventory strategies with evolving NPI and ramp requirements
  • Balance cost, risk, and service levels through strong systems discipline and supplier engagement
  • Ensure material availability and operational readiness to support on‑time delivery and production continuity
  • Own product and manufacturing quality outcomes across NPI and early production phases
  • Drive robust problem‑solving, corrective action, and build‑to‑build learning
