Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following: Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals Showing up daily on time with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute Enthusiasm - 40 hour work week Providing superior service to members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with interviewing, hiring, and firing of staff Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to owner daily Managing staff schedule, process payroll, manage the studio relating to all maintenance Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns. Completing all required trainings both online and in person as required by owners, to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful
