What we do: We are seeking a General Manager, North America – Revenue Operations to lead and scale our revenue operations function across the Advertiser Portfolio and Growth Portfolio in North America. This is a senior leadership role responsible for translating The Trade Desk’s global revenue strategy into disciplined execution, predictable outcomes, and scalable operating mechanisms across the region. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and execution. The ideal candidate is both a systems thinker and a hands-on operator. Someone who can design operating models, partner deeply with GTM leadership (Business Development and Customer Success), and drive accountability through data, process, and talent. You will be a critical partner to GTM leadership, Finance, Product, and global Revenue Operations as we continue to scale the business, improve forecasting rigor, and elevate how we manage portfolios, pipelines, and growth across North America. At The Trade Desk, this role offers the opportunity to shape how one of the world’s most sophisticated commercial organizations operates influencing revenue predictability, GTM productivity, and customer outcomes at scale.
