About The Position

About the Role: The General Manager, New Product Commercialization will be responsible for leading the end-to-end commercialization of new products from product launch to full-scale market penetration. This high-impact leadership role will drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and the achievement of key business objectives. You will own the commercialization strategy, work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams, and oversee the entire process from product launch to adoption, driving significant revenue growth. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and blends strategy, execution, and operational rigor within a fast-growing fintech environment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in GTM strategy and scaling new products within high-growth environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product commercialization, GTM strategy, or general management, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS, FinTech, HR Tech, or similar industries.
  • In-depth experience in FinTech and/or HR Tech industries, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and commercializing new products, driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Experience in scaling GTM motions, driving product-market fit, and identifying strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to drive market expansion, sales enablement, and customer adoption, including targeting new segments and exploring strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Build and implement scalable frameworks for efficiently launching and commercializing new products across the organization.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive GTM strategy for new products, defining key milestones, success metrics, and execution plans to ensure smooth product rollouts, with clear ownership of revenue and adoption targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to craft compelling product positioning, competitive differentiation, and value propositions that drive demand, adoption, and revenue.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs for product success, including adoption rates, revenue impact, and customer engagement, using data to refine and optimize commercialization strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to collect post-launch feedback, ensuring continuous product improvements and fine-tuning of the commercialization strategy.
