About the Role: The General Manager, New Product Commercialization will be responsible for leading the end-to-end commercialization of new products from product launch to full-scale market penetration. This high-impact leadership role will drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and the achievement of key business objectives. You will own the commercialization strategy, work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams, and oversee the entire process from product launch to adoption, driving significant revenue growth. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and blends strategy, execution, and operational rigor within a fast-growing fintech environment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in GTM strategy and scaling new products within high-growth environments.
