Job Overview: The General Manager in Training (GMIT) Program is designed to develop future retail leaders. This program is ideal for recent graduates or experienced leaders looking to build a long-term career in retail management. You’ll be paired with a successful General Manager who will mentor and guide you through a structured, hands-on training program, typically completed within 90 days. Upon completion, you’ll transition into a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager role. Compensation Range: $40,000 - $43,000 /Base Salary Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
