About The Position

We are proud of our more than 80-year history, but it’s our future that has us so excited! We are looking for our next General Manager! You will spend time in all locations throughout the region, motivating our sales & service teams and learning our business. Our Central region has an opportunity for a General Manager in Training. This position will initially be based out of our Dallas branch location, located in Irving, TX. The salary for this position is $110,000 with an opportunity for discrentionary bonus potential. NOTE: Once promoted to General Manager, relocation will be required.

Requirements

Energetic leader with a strong team orientation
Excellent organizational, administrative, and communications skills
Proven track record of increasing sales through creative and innovative sales techniques
Three to five years’ General Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective service, car rental and other related fields is desired
A minimum Associates’ Degree in business or related field is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead sales team and direct daily activities to ensure goals are met
Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques
Direct day to day branch activity
Coach and mentor team of service professionals to provide quality in-home service
Review and analyze branch financials
Projects as directed by Region Vice President
