Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of progressive management experience in a highly operational, logistics, transportation, or waste management environment.
Business Acumen: You know your way around a P&L statement and have a proven track record of driving revenue and managing costs.
Leadership Chops: You are a natural leader who knows how to build trust, resolve conflicts, and develop future leaders from within your ranks.
Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.
Passion: A genuine desire to promote sustainability and be a part of the "Green" movement!

Responsibilities

Lead the Charge: Inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team of operations, sales, and administrative staff. You’ll be the ultimate coach, building a culture where everyone thrives and goes home safely every single day.
Drive the Business: Own the P&L like a boss. You'll analyze the numbers, optimize routes, manage budgets, and find creative ways to maximize profitability without ever sacrificing quality.
Safety First, Always: Champion a world-class safety culture. You'll ensure compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations because nothing is more important than our team's well-being.
Customer Obsession: Build and maintain rock-solid relationships with our clients and the local community. When they think of exceptional service, they'll think of your team.
Grow the Green: Partner with the sales team to scout new opportunities, expand our footprint, and bring the GFL standard to even more neighborhoods and businesses.
