Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer-centric superior customer service and people skills.
  • Excellent communications skills with the proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees.
  • Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well, in order to produce quality work.
  • Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
  • Previous management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and wear many hats while leading a team of passionate golfers.

Responsibilities

  • Solid understanding of the NPS Maximizer and proven ability to manage the day, with people in key roles and understand how the fitting works into the NPS Maximizer.
  • Interview, hire and schedule to the payroll plan while meeting business needs daily.
  • Ability to work with their team through scheduling, daily huddles, coaching and IDPs to cultivate and foster team growth and development.
  • Operations and merchandising are a big piece of the business plan.
  • Your ability to plan, organize, manage, and delegate these daily activities will be an integral part of your success in this role.
  • This candidate will be a great team leader who excels at coaching and encouraging all team members.
  • The right individual will have a high-energy level, upbeat personality, and a drive to continuously learn and develop oneself.
  • You will be expected to work 40-44 hours a week in a varied schedule, working daytime, as well as evenings and weekends.
