About The Position

As a General Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will oversee the global Healthcare Packaging business, driving the development and execution of the global Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). You will lead a diverse global team committed to growing our Aclar® films in pharmaceutical packaging and drive adjacencies outside of pharma. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ, and reports to the Vice President of Building Solutions, Intermediates and Healthcare. The role requires a minimum of 50% travel, both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the LOB, aligned with corporate growth targets
  • Identify key market trends (e.g., regulatory shifts, sustainability drivers, feedstock dynamics) to shape product strategy and innovation pipeline
  • Drive competitive positioning through market segmentation, pricing strategy, and customer value differentiation
  • Lead all aspects of P&L for the business and monitor key financial KPIs
  • Oversee global commercial strategy, including channel management, pricing, contract strategy, and key account development
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Management, and Regulatory Affairs to manage the lifecycle of the product portfolio
  • Accelerate new product introductions with focus on sustainability, performance differentiation, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead a diverse, global, cross-functional team across commercial, technical, and operational roles
  • Attract, develop, and retain key talent with a focus on inclusion, engagement, and leadership pipeline development
