Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic leadership and be the implementation lead for several financial enterprise technology projects. This role will be responsible for driving improvements and standardising financial processes, enhancing risk management, and delivering modern, secure budgeting technology platforms. Ultimately, this role will ensure that the organisation operates with accurate, timely, and transparent financial information that enables data-driven decision-making and supports our long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior financial leadership (FP&A, strategy, systems or corporate finance).
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives, including M&A integration.
  • Expertise in financial systems, cloud technology, and data governance.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong governance mindset with a commitment to standardisation and optimisation.
  • Change leadership capability with the ability to drive transformation at scale.
  • Advanced financial modelling, planning, and analytical capability.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, cybersecurity, and internal controls.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise level financial planning, modelling, and budgeting processes to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.
  • Provide strategic oversight of M&A financial integrations, ensuring financial and operational alignment.
  • Reduce operational costs through streamlined processes, resourcing optimisation, and technology-led efficiencies.
  • Deploy and maintain group level cloud-based FP&A systems to support real-time financial insights.
  • Strengthen financial transparency, compliance, and internal controls through improved governance frameworks.
  • Implement and monitor a robust risk management structure to mitigate financial and operational exposure.
