General Manager – Commercial Growth & Business Development Position Overview: This role is first and foremost a commercial growth and business development leadership position, responsible for accelerating FloHawks’ presence in commercial, industrial, and municipal markets while simultaneously overseeing daily operations with full P&L ownership. The General Manager – Commercial Growth & Business Development has end-to-end responsibility for branch performance across operational execution, financial management, commercial sales growth, and customer experience within the FloHawks Branch Office. This role leads branch management teams and service technicians while driving profitable, sustainable growth through hands-on sales leadership and strategic business development. The position requires a visible, hands-on leader who balances daily operational excellence with forward-looking commercial expansion, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective leadership within a structured labor environment, while strengthening market position, deepening customer relationships, and developing high-performing teams.
