General Manager - Automotive Service Center
About The Position
All Tune is an automotive service brand with locations across the country. We are expanding into the Corpus Christi market by acquiring and rebranding an existing automotive service location, and we are looking for the right person to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role leading that transition and running the operation. This is an opportunity to step into an established shop, build the team, implement our systems and standards, and set the direction for what a high performing All Tune location looks like. As we continue to grow, the people who lead these transitions successfully are the ones we look to first for future opportunities.
Requirements
- At least five years running or managing an independent automotive shop, as a GM, store manager, or senior service manager.
- You know how to read a P&L, build a team, and keep things moving without someone checking in on you every day.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Tekmetric POS system
Responsibilities
- Running a full-service automotive shop from top to bottom.
- Managing technician workflow, productivity, and quality.
- Hiring and developing a solid team.
- Keeping an eye on the numbers that matter, car count, average repair order, and gross profit.
- Giving customers straight, honest recommendations without pressure tactics.
