About The Position

All Tune is an automotive service brand with locations across the country. We're opening a new company-owned shop in Austin and looking for the right person to run it. You'll open the doors, hire the team, and set the standard for what a well-run All Tune location looks like, and as we grow, the people who helped build it are the ones we look to first. Running a full-service automotive shop from top to bottom. That means managing technician workflow, productivity, and quality. Hiring and developing a solid team. Keeping an eye on the numbers that matter: car count, average repair order, and gross profit. And giving customers straight, honest recommendations without pressure tactics. We use Tekmetric POS system and experience with it is a plus. If not, it is a very intuitive, easy to learn system for anyone that knows their way around a shop management system. At All Tune Total Car Care, we have proudly served local communities for nearly 40 years. Our ASE-certified technicians are committed to providing high-quality service, ensuring vehicles stay in top condition for the long road. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. Requirements

• At least five years running or managing an independent automotive shop, as a GM, store manager, or senior service manager.
• You know how to read a P&L, build a team, and keep things moving without someone checking in on you every day.
