The General Manager oversees all Guest Services ground activities and day-to-day operations at their assigned location while providing leadership and motivation to all team members, including business partner teams. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of safety, security, and Guest Service in accordance with Breeze policies and procedures. Additionally, the General Manager maintains strong relationships with regulatory authorities such as TSA, FAA, and CBP, as well as the airport authority and designated contractors. The position also works cross-functionally with departments across Breeze to ensure the station consistently delivers industry-leading operational performance.
