Sodexo is seeking a General Manager at the University of Sodexo in Cincinnati, OH. This manager will have oversight of Sodexo resources, recipes, systems, and use of catering programs to direct events, including food production, inventory, product deliveries, invoices, and procurement operations.

Requirements

  • Previous food service management experience, ideally in a campus environment
  • Strong financial skills, P&L experience
  • a work history demonstrating strong leadership and hospitality skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Knowledge of compliance with food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience – 5 yearsMinimum Functional Experience – 5 years
