About The Position

In this high-profile role, you will manage daily operations across two sites, financial performance, team development, and client relations. Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, HR functions, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with proven success in budget management, team leadership, and client engagement. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of strong leadership and multi-unit management
  • Demonstrated fiscal responsibility, including budget forecasting and effective control of food and labor costs
  • Excellent leadership and administrative abilities, including hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
  • A commitment to building and maintaining strong client and customer relationships through exceptional service
  • Hands-on culinary production experience and thorough knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and deliver outstanding customer service with passion
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience – 5 yearsMinimum Functional Experience – 5 years
