We’re looking for a strategy specialist like you who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact. As a General Management Specialist on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, including the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you’ll identify and anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. You’ll prepare and c ond uct business analyses and study needs assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives. You’ll prepare forecasts and analyze trends, reporting regulations, and business c ond itions. You’ll analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations for the management, organizational structure, procedures, and business systems. Join us. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Ability to c ond uct research and analysis of industry best practices
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
