Requirements
- Technical or Trade School education preferred.
- General knowledge of carpentry, electricity, plumbing, painting and tools.
- Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Nice To Haves
- Technical or Trade School education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Facilities or designee, perform daily routine maintenance of the boilers and power plant.
- Perform routine inspections on electrical, medical air and oxygen outlets as needed.
- Perform inspections and repairs to medical equipment, rolling stock, beds, etc.
- Perform limited inspections and repairs to bio-med equipment.
- Perform carpentry /painting projects as directed.
