Requirements

  • Technical or Trade School education preferred.
  • General knowledge of carpentry, electricity, plumbing, painting and tools.
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or Trade School education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Facilities or designee, perform daily routine maintenance of the boilers and power plant.
  • Perform routine inspections on electrical, medical air and oxygen outlets as needed.
  • Perform inspections and repairs to medical equipment, rolling stock, beds, etc.
  • Perform limited inspections and repairs to bio-med equipment.
  • Perform carpentry /painting projects as directed.
