General Maintenance Technician
About The Position
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: • Performs all repairs, maintenance, and replacement of parts for preventative maintenance schedule to ensure that equipment longevity, and accurately record all pertinent data. • Continually assess the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturers recommendations. • General knowledge of automatic sprinkler systems • Must be able to operate mower, trimmers, snow blowers, vacuums, power washers, and all gardening tools. • Ability to learn and comply with the laws and regulations affecting the casino and racing industry. • Excellent customer and employee relation’s skills • Verbal communications skills. • Valid Driver’s license • Ability to operate company equipment and vehicles· • Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
