Requirements

Experience in working within a customer service role
Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eagerness to improve
Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred
Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
Other duties as assigned.
Performs various maintenance duties such as installation and repair to fixtures in
Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories.
Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities.
