Requirements
- A High School diploma and a minimum of one years job-related experience or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making minor mechanical repairs without site supervision.
- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms and elevator problems.
- Repair minor plumbing problems and unblock drains,repair beds and other mechanical equipment, replace light bulbs and batteries as needed.
- Assess maintenance problems and determine when additional assistance or direction from the manager is necessary.
- Attend to routine heating and air condition problems throughout the Hospital.
- Perform preventative maintenance hospital facilities equipment.
- Completes the installation of wall hung boards and assemble minor equipment within a timely manner
- Performs all other duties as asigned.
