About The Position
Join our awesome team at one of South Beach's most premier boutique hotels! Work right near the famous Ocean Drive at Bentley South Beach! Job duties include: Inspecting the hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards Complete routine maintenance tasks in hotel rooms, lobbies and property facilities both indoors and outdoors Handle all basic plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, and grounds keeping tasks Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb hotel guests Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages) Plan and complete renovations and construction projects directed by the Property Manager & Department Head Prior experience working in a hotel or professional hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
