Position Overview: We are hiring a Full‑Time General Maintenance Worker for our Crestview FL. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, general repairs, painting, and floor care , as well as routine building maintenance. A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required. Pay Rate: $20.63 Schedule: Varies Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, provided uniforms. Requirements

• hands‑on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, general repairs, painting, and floor care , as well as routine building maintenance
• A valid driver’s license
• the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Replace or repair electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, toilets, and basic plumbing components
• Paint interior and exterior structures and equipment
• Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks
• Install or replace paneling, floor tiles, doors, door locks, and window panes
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Assist with maintenance and restoration of flooring surfaces, including careful cleaning, refinishing, and processes such as stripping and waxing , following proper safety procedures.
• Perform routine carpet care, including spot‑treating, shampooing, and periodic deep‑cleaning as needed
• Apply safety procedures and follow standard practices within the field
• Use judgement, limited experience, and job knowledge to plan and accomplish work
• Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision and exercise a degree of creativity and latitude
• Perform other duties as assigned.
